Which account type qualifies for the loyalty program?
Only a Standard account qualifies. Other account types are not eligible to earn or redeem loyalty points at this time.
Does my trading account have to be new?
Yes. To qualify, the account must be newly opened with a start date that falls within the loyalty program period. Accounts opened before the program started are not eligible.
Why must my name match my MT4/MT5 account?
For verification and fraud protection, the name on your loyalty profile must exactly match the account holder name registered on your MT4/MT5 login. If the names do not match, the account cannot be approved. Please make sure both use the same full name before submitting.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Points are earned automatically from your traded lots, which sync directly from AIMS. There is nothing to claim manually — the more volume you trade on an approved account, the more points you accumulate.
How do I get my trading account approved?
- Open a Standard account within the loyalty program period.
- Make sure the account holder name matches your loyalty profile name.
- Link your MT4/MT5 login on your dashboard and submit it for review.
- Our team verifies your account against AIMS records and approves it if all criteria are met.
What makes a good, claim-ready account?

- It is an active account with real traded volume.
- The MT4/MT5 login is entered correctly when you link it.

When are my points updated?
Points refresh on a regular sync with AIMS, so your balance reflects your latest traded volume. You can always see the last sync time on your dashboard.
How do redemptions and refunds work?
When you redeem a reward, the points are deducted from your available balance. Your earned total reflects your lifetime trading and does not decrease on redemption. If a redemption is cancelled, the points are returned to your available balance.
